The blade is made from hand forged damascus steel--608 patten folded steel made by the traditional way of making swords in longquan basically that has been hand folded at least 10 times so the blade is very hard and nice and the hardness is high by 59.

It has been clay tempered--turned it into soil for burning blade!

Traditional way of making swords in China, so you can see the looking of waterwave on the edge of blade that has been turned soild to be covered to make sure the edge of blade is both hard and sharpened.

The blade is stiff not flexible. Please leave us a message if you want the blade sharpened!!

The fittings are made from handmade solid brass with Chinese Carving in the design of dragon!

The handle and scabbard are made from expensive aged ebony to have it durable and comfortable. Collection Value!
