The biggest advantage for the Mongol warriors was how the sabre was highly suitable for land and horseback use.

Being a one handed weapon the warriors would have been able to keep control of their steeds while making swings at their foes.

This is a mongolian sword made from hand forged damascus steel.

The handle and scabbard are made out of aged grade ebony.

The fittings are made from brass with antique looking style.
