Blade: The blade is diamond shaped made of hand-forged damascus steel with a finely polished finish. The sword blade has live sharp edge. The steel of blade is forged based on clay steel-soft steel mixed with hard steel together made by the traditional way of making swords in longquan that has been hand folded at least 20 times with over 94000 layers being forged time by time. The blade surface is totally hand grinded at least 10 layers not by machine. So the blade is very hard and nice and suitable for combat usage and cutting. It is full-tang and made specifically for the fittings used making a tight and sturdy bond. The blade is sharp, if you want it blunt, leave us a message!  

Scabbard and fittings: The scabbard and handle are made out of old-aged Ipe hardwood. The scabbard and handle are covered by genuine stingary skin. The fittings on both the sword and scabbard are made from solid brass gilded with pure silver and 24kg gold in the design of dragon. You can see details of the carving that is handmade and super nice.
