Blade:

The blade is diamond shaped made of hand-forged clay steel with a finely polished finish(Here we called diji steel). It has a full-tang making it strong and sturdy. The sword blade has live sharp edge. The blade is hand-forged patten folded steel(mixed with super steel and Iron ore). The blade is hand folded at least 15 times with over 18000 layers. So it is hard-HRC59. Very good sword.

Tip: The blade is also made by the traditional way of making super blade in Longquan. The edge of blade has been hand embresive that is a traditional way of sanding blade, by the rice and other secret material. It is totally different from polishing blade by machine.

Scabbard and fittings:

The scabbard and handle are made from expensive Ipe hardwood covered with real stingray skin. The fittings on both the sword and scabbard are made from solid brass with antique reproduction style in the design of empire dragon. The fittings are plated with real gold and inlayed with nice jades.

Specification:

The whole length is 139m. The length of blade is 85cm, and 49cm handle length.The width of blade is 3.5cm. The thickness of blade is 0.7cm.

The overall weight without scabbard is 1.5kg.
