The blade are made from hand forged damascus steel grinded by the premium method of grinding edges of blade in longquan-hand embresive at least 10 times. The patten of blade looks like feather, here we called yumao wen. Only premium sword can be made like this. The blade has been hand embresive at least 5 times to make sure the edge of blade is both sharpened and harder-HRC58

The scabbard and handle are made out of aged ebony covered with real stingray skin.

The brass fittings made from brass are mostly handmade that means we have to cover the fittings on scabbard and grip by hands not machines. The brass is plated with real silver in silver color.
