The blade is made from hand forged patten folded steel based on mixed steels together. HRC59.

The blade has been already hand grinded/embresive at least 13 times to make sure the edge of blade is both sharpened and hard.

In the meanwhile, the blade is also clay tempered here we called turn soils on blade for burning so you can see the waterware grains on edges.

The shaft is made from aged wenge hardwood fitted with brass bands.
