Description:
The blade is made from hand forged 1095 high carbon steel that has been clay termpered but no hamon by the traditional way of making swords in longquan.
The scabbard and handle are made out hardwood and engraved with a golden dragon.
The fittings are made from handmade brass not cheap alloy.
The blade is sharpened(The HRC is 60, very sharpened if you want)!

Use 1095 high carbon steel Folding and Forging
Selecting the best 1095 high carbon steel blocks and wrapping a layer of thin clay and ashes to prevent from oxidation of the steel blocks; after heating steel blocks to 1,300 degrees Celsius, forging and repeatedly folding and removing impurities in the steels, so as to make the carbon distributed uniformly; after folding and forging steel blocks for more than 5,000 layers continuously, the final weight of the steel will be reduced by half of the primary cast iron and it will become a piece of forged steel which is called “knife embryo”, the folding and forging on such raw metals will be completed.

Maintenance
Putting the sword in a dry place, trying not to touch blade with bare hands in order to avoid injury and protect surface from corrosion by the sweat that hands left. After use of sword, it is recommended to wipe the sword with dry towel or tissue and then coat it with antirust oil (auto engine oil and mechanical lubricating oil can be used as substitute).If the surface of sword shows sign of wear and scratch, you can purchase knife stone in our store, rub the part with scratch by adding water on the knife stone, and then the sword will be restored soon.
After-sale Service
We are in charge of transportation safety of parcel. If it is found that the parcel lost or product damaged, we will make delivery again or issue refund.We will provide all the products that we sold with maintenance support for two years. If components are damaged in use, we can replace and maintain them for you for free, but you need to pay the expense of double-way transportation and components.
