For this sword, it is fully handmade with reproduction antique style. The blade is made from damascus steel made by the traditional way of making swords in longquan.

The blade is tempered with live sharp edge(if you want it blunt, leave us a message)

Regarding grinding, most of premium swords made in China, it is totally by manuual grinding not machines...We will use some rice and other secret ways to grind and polish the blade.

The fittings are made from special brass.
