It was a gift to thye tibet monk by the yongle emperor in the 1420.

The blade is made from hand forged damascus steel.

The blade has been hand folded for 13 times with 12000 layers to make sure the blade is hard and strong.

The blade has been clay tempered with real hamon to make sure the edge of blade both sharp and hard.

The blade is also hand polished by 13 steps, traditional way of polishing swords in longquan.

The blade is blunt, if you want it sharpened, leave us a message!

The handle and scababrd are made made out of hardwood covered with real stingray skin in blue or green!

The fittings are made from brass with special tibet design, a lion, a snow lion in its culture!
