Description:

It is called Jinghong jian(Chinese charaters-Jinghong carved on the blade)

It is made from hand forged damascus steel and the blade is made by the traditional way of making swords in longquan.

Basically over 2000 layers time by time and the blade has been hand folded at least 10 times.

(This red blade is only happened in the high temperature that is a secret of making swords only in longquan)

So, the blade is very hard enough to cut iron materials, very sharpened.

The scabbard and handle are made out of rare and expensive sandalwood..

The design carved on the fittings are typical huaziwen in Han Dynasty.

The fittings are made from handmade full brass with special treatment(to make black in the high temperature).

The whole length is 108cm. The length of blade is 80cm. The length of handle is 24cm.

The sword weight is approx 0.9kg!
