These Chinese Straight- Swords are designed for professional performance and collectors, masters.  

Blade:

The blade is diamond shaped made of hand-forged high maganese steel with a finely polished finish.

The sword blade has live sharp edge made by the traditional way of making swords in Longquan

So the blade is very hard and nice and suitable for combat usage and cutting.

It is full-tang and made specifically for the fittings used making a tight and sturdy bond.

Scabbard and fittings:

The scabbard and handle are made out blackwood wrapped with black waxrope, making them both very strong and aesthetically pleasing with a very dark, almost black wood color.

The fittings on both the sword and scabbard are made from alloy.
