Blade:

The blade is diamond shaped made of hand-forged damascus steel with a finely polished finish. It has a full-tang making it strong and sturdy. The stiffness of the blade is moderate. The sword blade has live sharp edge. The blade is hand-forged patten folded clay steel(mixed with super steel and Iron ore) The blade is made by the traditional way of making swords in LongQuan(thoroughly tempered, well-seasoned, much-steeled, go through fire and water) that has been hand folded at least 10 times so the blade is very hard and nice suitable for combat usage and cutting. Scabbard and fittings:

The scabbard is made out of aged blackwood, making them both very strong and aesthetically pleasing with a very dark, almost black wood color. The fittings on both the sword and scabbard are made from solid brass withspecial treament, not stain black but put it in the fire, when the temperature gets proper, to make it black.

The whole length is 92cm. The length of blade is 70cm. The length of handle is 20cm. The width of blade is 2.8cm.

The overall sword weight without scabbard is 0.65kg, and the whole weight is 1.15kg.
