Blade:

The blade is diamond shaped made of hand-forged damascus steel with a finely polished finish. It has a full-tang making it strong and sturdy.

The stiffness of the blade is moderate.

The blade is hand-forged patten folded steel(mixed with super steel and Iron ore).

The blade is made by the traditional way of making swords in Longquan.

That has been hand folded at least 20 times with over 80000 layers so the blade is very hard and nice suitable for combat usage and cutting.

Special tip:

The blade is also clay tempered with real hamon to make super the edges of blade is both sharp and hard.

Scabbard and fittings:

The scabbard are made from hardwood with red stain that is used by the way traditional Chinese red-stain way that ca get back to thousands of years ago, usually the layers of stain can be counted at least 50 layers.

The handle is made from hardwood covered with Genuine stingray skin.

The fittings on both the sword and scabbard are made from solid brass inlayed by several red jades with antique reproduction style that are plated with real gold material.

The meaning of carving on fitting is Jixiangruyi in Chinese which means all goes well without any trouble or problems in your life!!!!
